As many of you know we have a rotating menagerie of insects in our home, mostly snails and the remarkable Case Moth. This caterpillar drags its cocoon around at all times. Clearly this Case Moth is over it and has decided to try skateboarding instead.

Pat kidnapped our two girls for four glorious days and they returned to us with many crafty treasures. My favourite were these robins, made from cassia seed pods and red satin. Gorgeous.
